The CrocketteŽ is a small crock pot made by the RivalŽ company. It is 1 QT size, and only has one cooking setting.The setting is low but, I have read that it cooks at a little higher temperature than the low setting on a larger pot.
This smaller size is perfect for the smaller families where only one or two servings are needed.
You can adapt any crock pot recipe by cutting the recipe in 1/2 or 1/3. When adapting a recipe, use the slow cooking time as a guide as to how long it should cook.
